We all need a bit of alone time just to sit and think, but we also need someone to talk to occasionally.. It's nothing to be ashamed of, Toby's staff are always on hand to have a one to one chat, just pull a member of staff aside and they will listen and if asked to will help and advise.Things often seem better even after just sharing them with someone else..
